Structure of a Group Training Session

1. Starts with15 minutes Aerobics and Toning
2. 5 minutes doing featured exercise.......squats, lunges, balancing, toning, side bends etc
3. Stretch
4. For the next 24 minutes we work on the gym kit which covers every aspect of health and fitness eg. CV, strength, balancing, core, endurance, toning for the whole body.
5. 10 minutes Ab workout covering upper and lower abs
6. Stretch

The workout is designed for all levels and abilities from Beginners to Elite
